Solution

We built a fully automated Compliance Logistics Workflow tailored to LL33 requirements. The solution was intelligent orchestration instead of manual gathering

Custom web bots watch the DOB portal and get certificates immediately upon issuance.
The system generates FedEx shipping labels automatically and bundles them with the certificate to make one print-ready PDF that can be shipped immediately.
A backend integration layer archives files in Dropbox, tasks get updated in Asana, and FedEx APIs return tracking numbers.
A real-time command centre allows management to monitor process stages, identify stalled tasks and dynamically assign cross-functional resources.
